Asset Lofts (Terry and team) were brilliant. The converted half a double garage into a utility room with pasterboard and plastered stud walls and ceiling, fully fireproofed. The floor was sealed and raised with full insulation and an electric heated floor fitted that I then had tiled. Terry spec'd the job and gave a fair quote and started on tine as agreed. His main builder, Shane, was superb, full of creative suggestions, and he and his team worked professionally - the trades he brought in (carpenter, plumber and electrician) were the same. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10
